Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

• United Kingdom: 10-18 business days

• Canada: 10-18 business days

• Australia: 12-20 business days

• All other countries: 15-30 business days

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Track your package through the carrier's website.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over customs processing times.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, email us at support@thestockupstore.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order.

Shipping Restrictions We do not ship to PO boxes for certain products. Some remote locations may require additional delivery time.
